Well this are some of the best feelings, wind in the face, full concentration, pedaling to the end of the road. well, that`s why I chose cycling for my 30 Day Challenge and I learned a lot with my research and physically i got more resistance.
what I learned
=There are a lot of types of bikes so you can get comfortable in the one that fits your needs,
= You can get a great resistance and it is a good cardio exercise.
=Riding a bike makes you feel alive and free! and also makes your day!
So to resume, cycling makes you feel awesome, the bikes are the best way for doing exercise. ( for me )
And, just remember, riding bike makes you feel the best feelings!
